Missouri's Premier Licensed Sheep Dairy & Cheese Plant
Good Morning: My new neighbor Scott just came here informing me that some
low life stole a large air compressor,tools and wiring from a house he is remodeling.
They did this either tuesday night or wednesday night.If you hear anything
Please let us know!! This family just moved here a few months ago and this
is a terrible way to be welcomed!! They are posting a $500.00 reward for the return
of the compressor and tools.

And That Missouri Cares Less About It.
I Thought The Conservation Department is To Help The People
Rather Than A Select Few With Connections.
Send Emails To Your Elected Officials Stating How Little Help They Are For The Money They Get From Us !!
Good Morning Everyone !! I was out doing Sheep Guard Duty and at 3:30am I looked over at the dry sheep and
they all were looking towards a hill we have.
Well,they are telling me there is something in that area they do not like so
I took the spot lite ( this is on loan from my friend Keven and it is like
one of those spot lights you see in war movies shining up at airplanes.)
Well let me tell you this is a powerful lite and when I shown it up the hill there
were 2 eyes looking down here and to see them soo big they must belong to a big animal.
Well right away another set of eyes joined the first set and
this was not a good thing.I took and fired off 3 shots and they did not move !!
Now I was worried so I walked up the field about 50 yards still shining
this lite and they never moved.Well I stopped and fired 2 more shots
in that direction and they finally slowly moved away to the right towards the
woods,and they did not run.Now.maybe these are the dogs the conservation department
is saying is killing my sheep,buy I do not know
of dogs nor coyotes that stay put when they hear a shot or any noise for that matter.
Well,if there is anyone out there trying to decide if they want to buy one of these Dairy Sheep or Lambs,
PLEASE decide soon.I will take the Sheep to the Sale Barn rather than finding them killed.
I have raised many of these Sheep
and I am tired of finding a sheep or lamb chewed on,
so Please come to the Farm and get your sheep or lamb.
I have 2 black/white lambs and 6 white lambs yet and I still have a lot of adult ewes.

Well it is final !! We received another email from the Missouri Conservation Department stating that according
to their EXPERTS ,the animal killing our Sheep is a DOG !!
( I think we should see where our money is going if these are experts)
I sent an email with pictures saying this is not so but they are the EXPERTS !!
I had sent this info to them in which they made there decision on what is killing the Sheep !!
1. The attacks started in April of 2009 and continued until September of 2009.
Now after September the killings stopped until APRIL of this year 2010 ! Does a dog go on vacation???
2.The attacks were about 3 weeks apart.
3. There were 11 Sheep killed in this time ! (loss cost of over $4,000.00)
4. Of these 4 were found fresh with blood still flowing.
5. Of these nothing on the body was eaten except part of the head.( no belly, no bag, no nothing)
6. The throats were ripped out also.
7. A trail of wool was seen up to the body.
8. They were killed in the open within yards of pens with lambs and other sheep.
9. I found 3 Sheep killed in same pasture area.
10.We never did find 2 Sheep. ( I walked nearly half of our farm and never found a trace.)
I sent photos of all this to the department also.Now the question I have is what dog goes by a schedule ! What dog kills but eats nothing ?
What dog would rather chase down a 200# Sheep rather than go after a small lamb in a fenced pen ?
The killings started up in April of this year again!!
The round of killings this year is now up to 3 dead and 2 wounded bad enough to get the vet to sew them up !! The killings are different this year in that the
attacks occurred in the pen where they are kept at night and The animals were not killed right away,but had a large hole eaten in their backs along
with scratches and holes in their sides.
We had to put them down as they were still alive when found.
The last attack it ate the back and attacked 9 other Sheep putting scratches and holes in them. The next nite it came back and attacked Sheep
in another area killing 1 and wounding another!!
This is a different animal and attack method yet it is a DOG according to the EXPERTS !!
WELL THIS IS THE FINAL SAY ON THIS I GUESS, SO I WILL CONTINUE TO GO OUT MYSELF AT 3:00AM AND GUARD MY SHEEP !

We have been here in Competition Missouri for over 13 years and still love the farm life.
We are the first Premier licensed sheep dairy and cheese plant in Missouri.

Everything on the farm is done by the two of us so even though it can be challenging
at times, but we still can't think of anything else we would rather do.
